Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Niji Essence due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available for delivery, or if the package exceeds the maximum holding time at a pickup location, the customer will be responsible for all redelivery costs. Niji Essence is not liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer. No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect address information.
Once an order has been placed, no edits or cancellations can be made.
Niji Essence will not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Niji Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and the shipping carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping information is accurate. For concerns regarding delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to facilitate the investigation.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you experience any issues, contact us within 3 days of delivery to ensure proper resolution.
Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Please note, Niji Essence is unable to process any change or cancellation requests through customer support channels.
Shipping Delays
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, once your package leaves our facility, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. We do not offer reimbursements for shipping fees due to carrier delays.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will issue a refund for that item. Due to high order volumes, we may process refunds before notifying you, and the remaining items will still be shipped as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
